Scared of cot
My daughter is 21 months old and has previously been a
very good sleeper. She had her first tummy bug this week and
vomited in bed a few times. I think this may have scared her. At
night she has a good bath/story routine and used to go straight to
bed and sleep normally with no problems. Occasionally she would cry
for 10 minutes or so, but nothing major. Now she is crying for an
hour or so. Her afternoon nap is even worse. She screams until she
finally falls asleep then wakes about 20 minutes later screaming.
She is also waking earlier in the morning. How can I help her deal
with this?
