For mum
Being a mother is such a fulfilling
and rewarding role and one of the most important responsibilities
you will ever have.
Planning for a child with your partner will help you both cope
with pregnancy and parenting, whether you're new to parenting or
already have children.
During pregnancy you will need a lot of love and support, as
hormone levels play havock with your body and your emotions.
Keeping your partner informed of what's happening to your body, how
you're feeling and letting him know your thoughts will really help
him to feel part of your pregnancy.
Often partners can feel a little left out simply because they
are not the ones that are pregnant, so providing love and support
and just being there for you can help contribute to being pregnant.
Although you might be riding an emotional roller coaster, it is
important that you help your partner feel involved and appreciated
for the efforts he makes, as you will both need each others support
when your baby arrives.
