Sorry about your Aunt MissK and I can understand about not wanting to be disappointed. I hope that a BFP is the happy (and hopefully healing) surprise you need!

Hugs MissK, that's very hard and we totally understand you wanting to hold off! What ever the result, we are here!
LG oh thats frustrating. Any chance you ovulated late?
As for me, just plodding along, counting down the days, trying not to symptom spot lol.
Question for charting ladies, how long after OV on average before EWCM dried up? I had heaps monday and tuesday, and was all gone by the time I got home last night, so instinct is telling me I actually ov'ed on Tuesday not Monday. Doesnt make any huge difference in the scheme of things as we BD on sunday so perfect timing for either day, but helps for testing purposes.
Though as far as that goes I ALWAYS spot for about 3 days before AF starts, except for my pregnancies... that was how I knew I was pregnant before testing, no spotting before AF! lol

Hi ladies, DH and I are just about to start ttc and I wondered if you could answer a question i have. When ovulating, when does the ewcm happen? TMI, but have some today and a little cramping on the left so am wondering if I have missed the surge and release or if it's happening now and we could catch it with BD tonight. I'm a newbie to this, so a bit unsure. Thanks!

AF due today, tested with a pregnosis dip test with fmu and a clear BFN. Starting to think I'm out this month and the stress of waiting for AF is probably delaying it. I am thinking if it really is not the month then j would like to start temping this cycle. Any good resources any of you lovely ladies could point me to?

Not sure if accurate but I have read on Internet that the EWCM will be present up to ovulation so helps you time the BD in those fertile days leading up to Ov :) welcome ladies!

Nov - fertility friend is a really good place to go for temping. You get a free app you can use, and they have a little lesson plan and all sorts. Biggest thing with temping is get a proper thermometer, that goes to 2 decimal points, not just one. Makes a huge difference. Good Luck!

Oh thanks avidkeo. I have been buying my ov sticks through baby4you and see she has $18 BBT thermometers on there. The picture looks like they are 2 decimal point places :)

Nov_Bub I replied to your comment in the charting girls thread. Happy to have another charter on board
Welcome MrsK Any EWCM or Wet CM means your fertile and in for a chance so bd when you can on these days. The pain of ov can indicate ov that day or indicate is about to happen. Mine varies. I had bad pain last Sunday the second day I had a positive OPK and temps shows I ovulated that day. My Dec BFP I had ov pain bad two days before I actually ovulated so going off cm, opks and temp is also helpful to pin point.
