Hey ladies, Awww sweetpea, my heart goes out to u!! Don't give up! We had good news, got a positive result from blood test so I'm absolutely over the moon, also very nervous as its early days! My blood level was 138 which she said was good? I have no idea. Started to think it had worked over the weekend as I slept a lot during the days and then while doing the washing I became very dizzy and had to sit in front of the loo.. never vomitted but felt the need. Wishing every one else the same joy. My fingers are crossed for u all!!

Poppy yay! Congratulations!! Great number too!
Sweetpea I'm so sorry it didn't work. It's so gut wrenching! Big hugs!
AF was 2 days late for me. I had nausea the day it was due and actually thought we may have gotten a miracle. But no, just my body being a tool! So this morning it was finally CD1. I start Clomid on sat and first BT Friday next week.

Hi Lulu There is a lovely massage therapist for pregnancy. Just look for bloom on Facebook for more details or check back on this thread. She apparently is getting great success with her ladies and at last count, somewhere around 20 people have got pregnant since visiting her. Best wishes, I'm in your boat too. Starting to realise that the dream may not happen but still trying to make it happen in the short time we have left to push. hugs!

Oh that looks just lovely:) I live down south unfortunately though... I've tried accupuncture. It fixed other issues so I'm sure it might work for some if one of you hasn't tried that. My friend is 41 and 15 weeks. She had 3 mc in the past 12 months to get there. She used a naturopath, brad crouch I think? It can definitely happen:)

Hey y'all, I'm lurking, twiddling my thumbs... 9dpo now. Had some wee cramps when I woke up this morning so hoping that's not a bad sign, guess we will wait and see. Happy weekend :)

That sounds positive star :-) I really hope we are at the start of another run :-)
I'm waiting to hear back from FA nurse. When I reported in this month for instructions it became clear that no one has looked at DH's sperm analysis results and what they mean for this cycle's choice of treatment. Our regular specialist is out of range until Monday so another partner will look at them tomorrow (so we don't miss CD3 clomid window I guess). Just trying to get DH to take a bet that they will say 'another round like the last' or 'stand down' for this cycle. Since I grow cysts when I don't trigger I will not be very happy if they suggest the last option. Probably going to be asking some hard questions if they suggest the first scenario too. Time is ticking by, the clock is running out, and it is very clear that what we are doing probably isn't gonna get the job done. Hmm if they are going to change it up then DH and kids will need to take a drive to Ascot to get new drugs as I'm volunteering at a Warehouse pedal for plunket BBQ always fun when you are CD2 and full on trying to manage that ;-)

Aww ht, sounds frustrating! I hope your usual specialist has left good notes so this other one can see what he/she was planning... All the best for bbq tomorrow, sounds like your middle name is supermum

Not superum, I wish it was that easy :-) So far parenting is both the best and the hardest position I have ever had the privilege of holding. I try to be a good Mum but most nights when I go to bed the little voice in my head mulls over what I could have done better on. Parenting isn't a race though and that's the great thing, you have tomorrow to try again. I go by the following saying: Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says, "I'll try again tomorrow".

Hey all,
This is my first time on here. We have been ttc for over 12 months, I have pcos, and all round feeling frustrated it's not happening quickly!

Hi J&vbubble - welcome! Sorry you have to join us!
Lots of us pcos ladies here, so I know how frustrating it can be. Have you been taking any medication (clomid/metformin?).
AFM, kinda day 1 today for me - on the plus side, only 36 day cycle! On the down side I'm pretty sure I never ovulated, and certainly not a normal AF. Also had random spotting throughout cycle to whole thing has been up the whop. At least I've finally gotten to the point of not thinking anything is going to happen each month, so getting AF doesn't depress me by squashing my hopes. Obviously still symptom spot a little and dream of 'what if', but it's great having finally gotten over that end of cycle depression. Figure after almost 5 years trying, and our known issues, it's rather remote of anything just happening anymore...
