I loved walking with the pram - enjoy it while it lasts! Now DS wants to walk and we go slooooow (and I'm not keen on carrying him back from the park!)

I'm going to see a nutritionist on Friday, so hoping to get some good advice to manage my diet around all my allergies etc!

No problem just chatting :) The list hasn't been updated in a while anyway, and is just if you want that kind of accountability. It can be rather a turn-off though if you don't lose weight that week!

Weigh-in this morning was 75kgs, so not my lowest-post-baby, but not my highest this year either, so that's something at least :)

How are you doing on the clomid?

On the plus side, my weight this morning was 74.7kgs, so seems to be back on track in the right direction!

Oooh - aqua jogging :) I did aqua aerobics at one stage, hopefully you find it fun and helpful!

Been making a serious effort to get out and walk (with my new dietician checking my exercise diary each week so no excuses). Have to do 5 walks each week (or substitute with some other good exercise. Today was my longest yet at 2.5 kms. Probably won't clock too much more mileage than that, but hopefully will get a bit faster. I take my phone with me and use the 'map my walk' app, which gives me my approx speed and mileage, so I enjoy that!

*waves* to any other members lurking in this thread - feel free to join in if you'd like!
I'm in the Hibiscus Coast/Orewa (Auckland) area if anyone local wants to meet up for walks too :)

Just to update, down to 73.4 kgs now, just need to get myself sorted with exercise this week to try and make it down into the 72.x range...

FingersXd - did you manage to get any aquajogging done? I'm hoping to join a group fitness class this Friday. I've got a 25% off voucher, and enjoy the Tai-bo kind of aerobics, so hopefully will get organised enough to make it happen this week!! I know if I can go once a week it will def help me shave 1kg, and I only need 4 more to make it back to my pre-pregnancy weight! Very excited about that.

Anyone else still hanging around in this thread (or wanting to join?). I know a lot of ladies got their BFPs, so are now enjoying putting on that healthy baby weight!

Hey Mushroom. I had gone back over my 65 kg, at my heaviest I was 66.9kg. After holiday, I was 64.9kg, and am around 63.1kg now, that's just from not eating take aways and actually cooking! I have gone dairy and gluten free as a GP I have been seeing suspects I have leaky gut or gut flora overgrowth and that it is contributing to my hormone balance, my IBS, headaches, asthma, eczema.. The list goes on! So lets see how it goes. I won't be counting calories or anything, just eating well and getting back into exercise.

Sounds great Beaker :) I don't count calories either on the whole - though I am calorie-aware in such that if I have what should be a higher calorie lunch I try to make a low-cal dinner to balance out.

I'm also dairy-free, as well as egg-free. Egg was an odd one that if I ate a boiled egg or something I'd have bad stomach pain about 1-2 hrs afterwards - took me aaaaagggeees to cotton on to the cause. Keeping a food diary and looking for any connections can help - hope cutting stuff out of your diet will allow you to see some patterns and get your IBS under control. I guess going gluten free will force you to cook a lot so it's affordable/better choice?

I am hoping that will be the case. It's working so far, I've still had some IBS stuff going on but apparently that's normal when you first take gluten out of your diet. Eggs are a tough one! I love eggs, and now it's the only edible protein I can use haha the rest taste like crap or are soy, which I'd prefer to avoid.

I've been using the Revive cookbook, it's fabulous!
