Wow so many beautiful wee bubbas starting to grow here! Welcome
Wish the paranoia wasnt something we had to content with but it is and being here does help...haven't posted for ages, work is tiring as well as being a mum etc. Now over 24 weeks paranoia is helped by the movements as baby grows. Anthea how you going? Have you got a date for IOL yet or are you going to pin the doctors down at your next appiontment

Hi Geo I was wondering how you were!
13 September - I told the specialist last visit that that was when I would like her out! She said she's not promising anything but has pencilled it in! I'm 29 weeks today and so ready to have her though her room or clothes aren't ready!

Hi Everyone, Things aren't looking great for me. Hcgs are still increasing, but really really slow and getting slower. They were doubling in 48 hours ish at the start of the week, but by Wednesday it was 160 hours or something to double and yesterday 265 hours. Only 6 weeks today, so way too early for them to be slowing down that much

I'm sorry Karenka, hopefully they will catch up. Ours were a bit slow and low and still perfect scan at 7+2.... Do you know the numbers......

Im 6 weeks now And counting down to first scan. Booked for Tuesday in 10 days time. Should be approx 7+3 then!

What number did your hcgs get up to Karenka? As that makes a difference also! My finger's are crossed for you honey xxx

Thanks guys. Monday 7200, Wednesday 8800, Friday 10000 - I know they often slow down after 6000, but all my googling says that at that point they might slow down to doubling over 96 ish hours, not 265 hours! Too early for a scan to be useful really. Another hcg on Monday.

They sound ok..... Ours only got to 7000 at 6+3 before they stopped doing them and we waited for scan...... Try not to worry...... Ours only doubled after 50-60 hours

Agree with others FA stop hcg tests at 7 weeks. From then scan is most reliable

Hcgs went up from 10000 on Friday to 13000 on Monday, so still super slow, but they've sped up since the Wed to Fri rate. Have no idea what this means!! Not doing anymore hcgs, as they're doing my head in. Scan booked for Monday, as I'll be over 7 weeks by then.

It is dragging til our 12 week scan, it is booked for 14 August but we talked about seeing if we could move it and make it a few days earlier.
Feel like we can't move forward and plan until we have this scan.....

Amk go to doctors and get another scan form! Omg I would say anything to get a scan - you can even pay to get one privately - nothing beats that reassurance xxx
I'm back at Work after 3 weeks off and have been struggling emotionally - my anxiety is through the roof - I'm on my feet at Work but the time so don't feel Baby moving and I've just had 3 weeks a home where I felt movement all the time!
