Hi crafty mums, dads, grandparents...

I know some of you are into scrapbooking, so I'd like some suggestions. I dont really want to start a big square scrapbook (I have a bad habit of not finishing things) but would like to try scrapbooking some of what DD gets up to. I was wondering if anyone uses digital scrapbooking and could recommend any websites or [free] software I could try. I'd like to be able to have a few pics and some text, with some small embellishment type things. Then either email the page to grandparents or print it out and file in an A4 clearfile book. (Or both).

Thanks.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome thanks.

I'm a digi scrapping addict lol. Well at least I used to be it's been a wee while. I use Photoshop version 7 but I know of a lot of people that use GIMP which is a free programme you can download http://www.gimp.org/ Personally I've not used it but apparently it's a good place to start. Here's a list of a few place you can download free digi scrap kits from. It's a bit hit and miss with free kits occasionally you find something fab but mostly they are duds. You just have to have the patience to trall through the crap lol.

Now for the good stuff :) Much like normal scrapping if you want to do it well you have to buy kits. Freebies are great for practice but if you want to make an awesome page you need decent kits to work with. So here's a few links to my fav sites that I buy my kits from.

After five designs is my absolute fav! Here's a couple of pages I made with kits I've brought.

I like scrapbooking, I did my daughter photo album and all her birthday cards. Now she becomes older and needs her special room. She adores Little Pony, so I decided to decorate her room myself. I've found the service for painting on Supercity website, they painted my kitchen six months ago. And I need good tutorials about scrapbooking the furniture and walls. Maybe somebody has such experience.
I want something like this:
