HI All,

I am about 5,6 week into my 1st pregnancy, very excited. my husband and I are due to traveling to Japan next week. MY GP told us fine to travel. But we are worried about the long haul flights during the 1st trimester. Has anyone else traveled during their 1st trimester before, any complication?

thanks heaps.

I fell pregnant on the Monday before we flew over to Europe but of course we weren't aware that I was pregnant at that time. We found out two weeks later in Austria and then two weeks after that we flew home stopping in Singapore. I was fine - just tired and didn't start vomiting until I set foot in Chch airport! That's when my morning sickness started. I think you would be fine as long as you be careful what you eat :) have a good trip!
