Does anyone have or know of a stairwell safety gate that fits a narrow staircase (62cm at bottom and 66cm at top - it turns 90deg after two steps).

The only one I can find that might work is this retractable one but it has bad reviews and Consumer says DO NOT BUY and people say, do not use at top of stairs and that it's a pain for somewhere you use often (I probably go up/down our stairs about 20x a day!).
