Is anyone here TTC and lose weight? According to my BMI I’m 50 lbs overweight (I’d say 30 lbs if you ask me a weight I’d be comfortable maintaining) I put on 45 lbs since I started dating my now DH almost 4 years ago. My doctor would like to to be as close to my goal weight as possible before conceiving but I’m also 34 years old and not ok with waiting any longer so here I am. I’ve decided that for every month I’m not pregnant I’m going to try and lose 8-10 lbs. I feel this will also give me something to look forward to after getting AF so I won’t be as sad.
