Baby Making Smoothie

Try this fertility boosting smoothie for breakfast or as a snack.

1 teaspoon honey
1/2 mango
50g plain full-fat yogurt
4 walnuts
1 teaspoon chia seeds
240ml alternative milk

Blend all the ingredients togetherĀ and serve immediately.
