Broccoli truly deserves to be classified a ‘superfood’ – loaded with vitamins and minerals,
including vitamins A, C and K, as well as the all-important folate. It's the star attraction in this easy stir-fry.
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 skinless free-range chicken breasts, thinly sliced
5–6 broccoli florets
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
2 red peppers, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the chicken and broccoli for 5–10 minutes.
2 Add the garlic, chilli and red peppers and cook for a further minute.
3 Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
