Why the award winning Mountain Buggy nano is the perfect travel companion

I was just talking with a fellow mum of two kids about that moment you experience when you finally get to sit down in the car or on the plane, at the start of a journey and all seems right with the world once again. Then you take a moment to reflect back on the last two (possibly four) hours of share mayhem, and the stress of it all somehow just melts away! Our first trip as a family to Wellington was a chance to introduce everyone to the newest addition of our family and be tourists in NZ’s capital. Because we do a fair amount of travel as a family, and in order to make this trip as fun and comfortable as we could we wanted to find the perfect travel stroller. After some research into top travel strollers we settled on the award winning Mountain Buggy nano, and we are so thankful we did!

If you are travelling with young children, you’ll need this.  nano is light weighing only 5.9kgs, has a huge seat capacity of 20kgs, is stylish and folds very compactly to take on flights. 

I would even recommend getting this pram from birth.  You don’t have to wait until 6 months to use it as it is newborn ready when you purchase the cosy cocoon.  The cocoon was awesome, allowing us to walk out of the house and back with the baby sleeping undisturbed.

There’s even an option to attach your car seat capsule as nano comes with a car seat adaptor.  This was a huge plus while we were away, and it seems that not all travel strollers can do this.

And if all the amazing things mentioned above aren't enough - Mountain Buggy have just released a limited edition 2019 year of the pig shadow play print. This is a fun print to celebrate this years 'year of’, something Mountain Buggy nano is well known for each year.  Other colours available are black, nautical and ruby.

We had a fantastic trip away as a family and are confident we can go on more adventures in the future!  nano was definitely worth its weight in gold on our latest trip, even my husband commented on how much of a breeze it was taking a newborn away.
