The killer was the other guy who used to work in the practice. Turns out he was born with no dick cos his parents were cousins or something. The police lady told the main 2 He had a sister who was born with a face defect that made her look like she had been cut (like he cut everyones face) and he trained to be a surgeon so he could fix her. And she died while getting fixed and so he hated beauty. But something didn't fit so they investigated a bit further and the sister didn't die she was really the police lady. I don't watch it that regularly so can't remember his name but it was the guy that was one of their business partners. The one that watched Sean being given he@d and wanted to get it on with Christian and those girls last season.

ooohhhh that lady who bought the practice looks like she is being blackmailed by an older lesbain lover, and Liz saw them going the grope in the carpark. Christian tried to convince this young guy that he wasn't gay so took him to s strip bar where he offered a free boob reduction to a stripper he had shagged previously to shag this young guy to show him what he was missing. Sean and whatserface daugher annie is acting out about the baby having claw hands and sean feels bad and gives a free operation to saome guy who had a funny face from birth. KIMBER is a hardout scientologist and ropes matt in and hes now doing all the brainwash speak, has gone off the anti depressants and therapist thing. ummm can't remember. thats just a shor run down, you can get episode guidwes online, i have read ahead and kinda know what happens.
