For covers or pockets, PUL or Procare for the outer. Or 2 layers of polarfleece or 1 layer polarfleece & 1 layer nylon.

Flannelette/towelling/microfibre/sherpa/hemp for absorbancy.

Microfleece against bubs skin for stay-dry.

Highly recommend Greenbeans for all your nappy fabrics!

Has patterns you can download for free. I haven't tried yet, but have just ordered a diy pack to try it all out. Ok the vote thingy didnt work for me...
This is what we use...

Fuzzibunz - stuffed with flats rather than the fuzzibunz inserts
Snazzipants fitteds, with Bummis super whisper wraps or bummis super whisper pants

So those are the only "brand" nappies we have... the others are ones I have made or a friend has made - both pocket style and fitted style.

have decided that i may invest in some cloth nappies. read that if you have two kids, you spend about 2-3000 dollars per year!!! that's a lot of lattes I could be drinking, so want some trial packs. those things are pretty pricey too!!
