Sunshine, I have to say that mine have done this since day one! Most annoying and I am starting to wonder if I should buy a lint remover or something. I have never washed mine with anything other than other nappies either. I would definitely contact whoever you bought them off as FBs and Honey Child nappies are made with fleece that is not meant to pill.

Is it the fabric of the nappies pilling, or did you wash them with something that has stuck to the nappy fabric?
