Hmmm, I didn't even think about mock cream being dodgy! I've been scoffing down cream buns this last week. I'd steer clear too, but that said there are on average only 2-5 cases of listeriosis notified to Public Health each year so the chances of getting it are very slim. i ate custard squares for the first month and then found out that you arnt meant too. Also lived on cream donuts the whole 9months as that was the only thing i could keep down. You'll probably be ok but I'd avoid them from now on for at least the first trimester. If you're still feeling sick in the morning you might want to call your mw but there's probably nothing that can be done anyway.
