It's a pretty easy mistake to make Glow. If making a deposit over the counter, the teller may pick it up if the account name and number don't match (IF they are paying attention!), but if it was by speedy deposit or something like that, it's very easy to make mistakes.

You can very easily type the wrong bank account in online banking, when you are making a one off payment to someone.. why would the bank be monitoring that. If you make a mistake, I feel it's up to you to correct. Easily enough done, just type the wrong account number and bingo! Deposited to the wrong account, just like that. Ring your bank and let them know - they may be able to tell you details of the deposit.
