hate to scare you but when i had my scan was told that sometimes 2nd bub can hide. thou in saying that having twins is AWESOME (if not challenging at times)lol and another thing to remember is they may be double trouble but they are also double the smiles, hugs, kisses and loves!!! Yeah we looked @ the family tree the other week and it was every 2nd generation that had twins!! All genetics with the mother though ay!

hi tania now you have found out you have just the one great news! and good to hear they are keeping an eye on you always makes you feel better aye.
And just to let you know that fraternal twins only follow down the mums side not the dads for any other mums to be who freak at the thought of twins although identical is just one of those things of nature that can get anyone. also twins dont skip a generation - i thought that 2 and wondered how i got twins when had twins in family the prev generation. Hey lenabeanz when you fall preggers see if you can get an early scan as i had mine at 20 weeks and had the boys at 31 weeks not really long to get everything sorted!!!


also if twins run on the mums side and you are over 30 your chances increase again. Wehn i told my nana the news about having twins she told me she wasnt surpirsed as is rampant in our family history as well as naturally concieved triplets and quads. and do you think at the next scan i was getting them to triple check there was only 2 bubs!!! Yippee!Your 'one baby' vibes worked! All the best!! We are going to start trying for #2 soon but bit hesitant as on both sides they are ready for twins!! All skip a generation and its our generations turn on both sides
