Either weekend is ok - Prefer lunch as Arna is always in bed by 7:30pm otherwise she's a grumpy thing!!

i don't mind which date, and don't mind which time either - pluses of having it as a dinner is less people around, but also a little chillier for the littlies...

Hey there - was just thinking maybe we should start thinking about a date for this to happen - maybe a sunday afternoon or morning so we can have a barbeque lunch or tea? and what date would suit you all? I'm on placmeent for the 3 weeks leading up to xmas - hence the suggestion of weekends - but also - since it would be nice for partners to come it might be easier to make it a weekend anyway.
