It hasnt worked... even tried adding a new child and the pic wouldnt work... this is how I change my pic isnt it??

I was having probs on another site with my pic... got that one sorted and wanted to change the one on here... when I put a new pic in through editing my kids (LOL) it doesnt let me crop the pic and it disappears straight away... any ideas??
