We lived in Tauranga for 5 years and payed $180 for a 2 story modern small 2 BDRM house on a farm but that was dirt cheap and when we were looking to move all of the houses we looked at were between $250 (for a crapper in a bad area) to $380 for a new brick and tile in a nice area. More than we get for our rentals in Gisborne thats for sure! Sorry I dont have a clue. Ones like that here are $350 plus.
I want to increase the rent on one of ours too.
