Wow you only just got yours. I've had mine since Friday. I already know who i'm voting for, but if they didn't have the thing in it with the blurb and photo I would struggle with the health board ones.

Last time I voted for the lovely candidate that came and knocked on our door and asked for our vote. I think some people will recognise a face better... my mum is in our local body election... she has been on the community board for years. Some people dont know her name but have seen her at events like anzac day etc so will recognise her face and maybe/hopefully vote for her!

I hope mum gets in this time... My district voting papers arrived in the mail today and I am reminded of one of the US Presidents' quotes that "Every man over 40 is responsible for his own face". What a range of faces and expressions in there!
