OK NOW I HAVE RECIEVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM HER AND OH MY GOD SHE IS LOVELY!!! I FEEL TERRIBLE FOR GETTING AT HER WHEN IT WAS THE COURIER COMPANY AND IT APPEARS THAT THE SPOONS ARNT THE SAME AS THE PIC BUT I THINK THAT WAS MY BLUNDER!! *MY BAD*!!! (Shoudv read properly) AND IM SO NOT COMPLAINING NOW COS SHE SENT ME EXTRA SPOONS FOR THE HASSLE AND OFFERED TO REFUND FOR ALL THE HASSLE (I declined though!!). I also have found Babystuff great to deal with but must admit that I sent her an email as the courier company mucked me around for about a week before I finally got my package from them. Thats a real shame - and not consistent with my experiences with them. I have bought quite a few bits from the site, and have always found Bonny fantastic to deal with!!

I hope that you are able to get it sorted out soon!
