I couldn't find a lot of information on the Bambino Mio system, so bought real nappies prefolds instead, plus real nappies are heaps cheaper. But Im guessing they are the same as the real nappy system. as far as i am aware they are a prfold and cover system. the prefolds seem a bit more expensive than snazzipants or real nappies who also do prefolds and covers ($45 for 8 size 1 or 6 size 2 compared to approx $20 for 6). I dont know about their covers tho other than they seem quite expensive and it doesnt say what the waterproof material they use is.

Prefolds are a good system to use as they can be customised but on their own arent generally as absorbent as say pockets or fitteds.
