Sorry, meant to get to this before now, been a busy couple of weeks with sick families and Anastasias birthday last week.
I like any present & love the whole xmas time but
What do you like doing for fun? gardening-flowers and veges, craft things, spinning, taking/printing photos
Do you collect anything? heaps(bit of a hoarder)kitchen things, cooking books, gardening books, essential oils,
Whats something you want that is no more than $20 that you wouldnt buy normally? hand cream, hair treatment, foot spa stuff - most pampering stuff. love body shop stuff. Wouldnt normally have nails done, love haveing others doing my hair, nails etc
What do you do for fun? play with the girls, spend time outside, go window shopping by myself. doing and making things for others.

please would prefer no 'soap' products (i use alternatives)

Hanging out with Family and friends at a cafe or the beach. Drinking (oh did i admit to that) ((RUM)) tee hee just incase i have a well off secret santa that gives no regard to the set limit :)

choccies, jewellery (im a silver, not gold person) But honestly id be happy with anything my secret santa person.... its the thought that counts aye

Getting out of the house. Going out for a coffee or shopping or just a walk. Or escaping reality by watching a DVD or reading a book with some yummy nibbles on hand of course

No - people keep asking me this for some reason. Anyhting that isn't practical or I can't use I throw out. . eg ornaments

Whats something you want that is no more than $20 that you wouldn't buy normally? Chocolate! Nice smelling body wash, we usually just get a family one. A nice pair of slippers? (I'm a size 10 womans !)

oooh i think its about time i posted in here for my santa! started to this morning but raced out the door for my scan which went well.

vege out! read, watch tv.. search the net... scrapbook when i get a chance! love doing puzzles (keep my brain working) crosswords, sudoko(lol i cant even think how to spell it see i need to work on my brain!) like walking and dreaming.. the beach having a coffee with friends- im easy to please

Yay my SS has posted so I guess I better post some info about me.

Im a mother of 3 working parttime as a plunket nurse and am going to be studying parttime as well next year.

I dont collect anything apart form kids lol

I enjoy shopping, good coffee and all girlie things like a good face cream, smellies, scented candles  etc.

I just bought my Secret Santa match a gift today, woohoo! And since she's posted in here, I'll post so that mine has some more ideas...

What do you like doing for fun? Reading, sewing, watching trashy TV, talking on the phone, surfing the net, shopping for frivolous things, soaking in the tub, reading bedtime stories to my baby, baking sweet things

Do you collect anything? No -- I don't like things I have to dust. That said, I do like cupcake-themed kitchen things and stuff that smells like chocolate. I also love the colour pink!

What's something you want that is no more than $20 that you wouldnt buy normally? Candles -- I love yummy-smelling candles, but I rarely buy them. Posh chocolates -- when we go into Parnell we always stop at the chocolate shop there and buy a few little indulgences. Gorgeous cookies -- I love fancy baking. I also love good-quality stationery and fancy little cookbooks!

I would be happy with one tiny, exquisite chocolate to savour -- I don't need quantity. And Secret Santa, please don't stress. I'm just thrilled to get a present that's just for me!

What do I do for fun? Um....I like to read, chill on the computer, browsing through OB, and am currently addicted to playing pacman. Hang out with my wee girl and I love eating yummy yummy food (I am a chef, so love all kitchen stuff, and great food - and wine)

Don't really collect anything, apart from kitchen toys - hazard of the trade.

**WELL! I'm a goofball, so I love anything that will give me a giggle or two. I'm a raging Drama Geek and am in an intense relationship with the Bard... That is: Shakespeare. (Somehow I don't think you could exhume Shakespeare though... Let alone for $20!) I like girly movies, shopping, getting pampered, chillin' with a book and with my man, walking along the beach... Anything relaxing - ya know how it is. Oh, my other guilty pleasure is raving... Been a while though. Can't rave with a preggy belly. I also make funky sterling silver jewellery when I get the chance.

** Not as such - I do however have the impulse to purchase anything that's bold, bright and funky. I like alternative things that are quirky and fun - My possessions have the tendency to reflect what kind of person I am. Bold and quirky..... Oh, and to be really weird - False nails... I'm a chronic nail biter, so I love doing my nails or going and getting them done

** Well, as I said above... I like quirky little items. So anything fun like that would be cool. Otherwise, being a makeup artist, anything to do with cosmetics would be greatly appreciated... (For my use, not clients. Lol) My fave brand is Natio - Environmentally friendly AND easy on the pocket

Since I only seem to buy things for DS lately, almost anything would count. What do you do for fun?
I like to read if I have the time, I spend a lot of time making things/crafty stuff - and have just started knitting and sewing again. Oh and also quite into my vege garden and baking at the moment.

Stuff for me like nail polish etc as all my money seems to go on Hannah. Fun?? Im too tired for fun these days lol ... walking along the beach ... cuddling up with DH on the couch while he reads stories to my ever expanding bump ... a lovely bubble bath with classical music playing and the bathroom filled with candlelight.

Hmmmm ... it would be something really girley and non essential like fabulous glass candle holders ... or vanilla scented massage oil ... or vanilla scented candles oh and after reading post above, I also love cute stationery ... and notebooks for my handbag

Currently sleeping but thinking outside of preggy mode I like painting and little crafty things (can't sew for nuts though).

No but I did just get some beautiful preggy photos taken that need frames so SS that would be lovely I quite like wooden ones to go with the rest of the ones in the house

I'm not sure exactly when I will ever have any time to myself again, but I like to read, watch DVD's (especially the terrible 80's girly movies!!), knit, bake and go for walks. Oh, and I love to soak in a hot bath with a good book for ages :) The more bubbles the better!!!

OK, so I will put someone out of their misery and offer some more information about myself. I live in Northland, in the country, with no shops around... I am due to have my first baby in 2 weeks (DH and I are starting to get a bit nervous!)

Spending time with fmaily/friends. Watching DVDs, pottering around - am thinking about teaching myself t bake a little.

I live in Wellington with my DH, We moved to NZ from Ireland 2 years ago and are currently expecting twins late Feb/March. These are our first kids.
I work in IT as a Software Engineer.
We've only been in Wellington sine July so haven't done any exploring of the city or surrounding areas due to DHs hectic weekend work and my initial tiredness/ms.

We both love scuba diving but alas I'm stuck on shore until after the bubs come.
I love the water being both above and below it.

I love cooking, and have built up a collection of cookbooks.

I'm also currently studying a relaxation massage course which I'm totally enjoying. I enjoy giving and receiving reflexology and massage treatments.

I am an extremely laid back person. I'm not big into smelly / bath stuff, I rarely wear makeup and take 10 minutes to get ready in the morning.

I am extremely easy to please! Also my favourite colours are green/orange/brown.

What do you like doing for fun? Indulge. Have a hot choc & read a magazine. A bubble bath (not at the mo though). Go to a restaurant and the movies. Read a book curled up on the couch. Go for a stroll. Play with Gina on the floor.

Ok my secret santa here are some clues for you!!

I love life so everything is FUN!! Smile & the world will smile with you. For my schits & giggles I like to meditate & clear all the junky thoughts they may float through my head. Music is cool for that.

Collecting is fun i have loads of collections from coins to stamps to books & CD's. Bottles, stones, fossils, paper, pens, paint ,plants & the like. My theory is anything more than 2 items can be classed as a collection!!

I wouldnt normally buy lots of things coz im a scrooge!! what is normal? Im usual!!

I am Lea I am 26 and I live in CHCH with my df, Adam. We are getting married on 2nd Feb 08, and we hope to start our ttc journey not loong after. I pretty much only browse through here with the occassional post.


What do you like doing for fun? Shopping, spending time with family and friends, especially my nieces and nephew. Sometimes just relaxing at home

Do you collect anything? Not really

Whats something you want that is no more than $20 that you wouldnt buy normally? Bath bombs/oils anything along those lines.

it is a boring night isn't it busymum.
DH is watching some stupid movie on the telly and I am just wasting time on here when I should just go to bed and get some sleep before I have to get up at some silly time of the night to feed Mr boob man (DS that is not DH)
I too am struggling to keep my mouth shut. I really want to go onto the threads that my good little girl posts on and gatecrash it saying heres Santa or something simalar. But I know that if I did the magic that is Santa Claus would be lost.

I just love Santa, I still get a Santa gift each year.
I believe in Santa Claus so much that my DH said to me years ago that when we have children I am going to wonder why I am still getting santa gifts and my kids are not. ie, since I totally believe in Santa I wouldn't sort anything out for the kids thinking that the real Santa would do it!

I have already had my little helpers out and about stalking the little girl I am buying for through the threads she posts on and have found out that she has been very good this year but alas, like most she is still to come along to this thread...mind you, through reading some of her posts my helpers have already given me some good ideas

and me, well what do I do for fun....not enough these days that doesn't include the kids.

what would I not normally buy for myself.... lip gloss or hand cream (not face cleanser or face moisteriser though thanks SS, I'm a bit fussy on this one ).

I love chocolate and other yummy sweet things.
Also I emjoy reading gardening books and magazines

My major hobbies at the moment are card making and cake decorating.

I am not into candles or insents but do enjoy a nice soak in the bath, that is when I can kick the kids out
