We conceived from BDing every day from about three days prior to ovulation to two days after. DH was always pretty happy about that.

If you are using OPKs, a positive means ovulation is about to occur within 12 - 36 hours. So as soon as you get your positive I would be BDing that night and then at least every second day.

When we were with fertility associates they said every second day. However, they said that if your DH has a good sperm count (which mine does) then every day is ok.

Every second day is usuallly enough.

just bumping this up as I have read so many books telling you when is the best time etc. I didn't know about the 5 days before!!!!

What about frequency? What does everyone else do? every day/night or every other?

I'm determined to get pregnant within the next 6 months to avoid the laparoscopy LOL so am researching everything!!! So when exactly should we be BDing?
I know of course you should when you OV but when I got a +OPK we did it that day and the next day but not the day after that.
Just wondering if the more experienced TTCers could give me a better idea of the right time to do it?
