I told my midwife and she said that it's just when the baby kicks and manages to hit a nerve. Which is pretty much what it feels like!! Lol. I've only felt the kick WITH the electric shock feeling once tho... but I guess we don't feel all the kicks (well I know I don't because sometimes my midwife hears them on the doppler when I can't feel our baby girl moving).

Anyways... it's nothing to worry about, usually if you move (and it's hard not to when it feels like a shock) then the baby won't kick the same place twice. But it certainly is a weird feeling!
