Coke is bad as well cos of phosphates in it.]]>

(not sure how much truth surrounds that theory but I suppose it seems to be working for me). Also the thompsons organic iron tablets (I think thats what they are called), are alot gentler on the system IYKWIM.]]>

It was 7 weeks after Sam was born and I was at a wedding in Dargaville!  I couldn't sit through the service and had to go to the toilets every 10 minutes.  Sorry TMI but I would put a tampon in and would be soaked immediately and would fall out!  Heaps of clots, non-stop bleeding, 24 hours a day for 10 days.  I thought I was dying.<br /><br />I told my stepmum about it afterwards as she's a nurse and she said 'Oh you should have gone to the DR, as they have drugs that can stop it!' <br /><br />Oh well.  But yeah, the first one is BAD!]]>

I was soaking through super tampons within an hour.<br />My Dr told me it was quite normal, especially if its taken more than 6 months to come back, as its your body's way of cleaning out and getting back to normal.<br />She did tell me to come back if it got heavier or lasted more than 8 days, or if the pains get sharper or stabbing.<br /><br />I hope it eases up soon Becks and make sure you keep up the iron intake while you're losing so much! <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley31.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I am changing tampons every hour (and thats the super ones) and they are soaked - and if I waited a minute or so I would of leaked <IMG src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0">. Is this ok to be like that first witch back after a baby?? </P><P align=left>I could feel something was happening in there a few weeks ago so I figured she was on her way. The last thing I need is for my endo to start playing up again like it did after I had Andrew - 9 months after having him I was in surgery to have it removed as it grew back something bad.</P>]]>
