You can mix them. I used to put the first lot in the firdge to cool it down and then in the freezer. Its recommended not to add new breastmilk to old, or warm to cold.
If yesterdays is in the fridge put todays in there till there the same temp, then mix them and stick them in the freezer, should be fine, can't see as one day would make all that much difference.
