Even some rescue remedy if you wanted to get some from your health shop. Busymum is on the right track with the walk but I would say get a little sun, sun makes your brain produce Seratonin which makes you <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">. As John Kirwin says, know your triggers and know to ask for help <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I don't feel like this is something i need medicaiton for or anything, but i'd love some suggestions how to relieve the feeling - and don't say baths cause i feel worse.]]>
