He has an allergy to cows protein so didn't get the ezcema till with made the switch to formula, but now we have neocate on script so hopefully that will clear it up.<br />He had the cradle cap from birth though it got quite bad but is now just very mild, i think putting the oil on each day makes a huge difference, he finds it really funny as well.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18691">3boys</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12014<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07 November 2007 at 9:22pm<br /><br />We have just managed to get rid of it.<br /><br />I massage almond oil directly into it every night in the bath (makes his skin nice and moist too) and the use the baby brush swiftly over it to help the dry bits flick off - it has taken two weeks but has worked a treat.<br /><br />I also found the normal baby soaps to cause his skin to be really dry which I think made it worse so I just use the ecostore baby soap and thats much better - have also stayed away from shampoo as that made it really dry.<br /><br />]]>

I just remembered that she did still have some at 18-24mos, by then her hair had covered it up and someone (MIL?) pointed it out to me LOL I don't think she has it anymore though but I'd have to go looking!<br /><br />Kryssi has already outgrown it so it's amazing how different excema seems to make it - considering they have similar genes and bathing routines etc.]]>
