It's not a bad drive though... mostly straight roads. Just have to go over the Kilmog to get into Dunners. And it's so preeeeetty driving in. I guess I was just hoping to be able to fly the cheap flights like I got to go to Auckland but with the price of petrol it would prob cost the same driving the extra way in the end

tell me how long it takes to drive from Christchurch to Dunedin. I am wanting to go and visit my dad and his family next year there and I was thinking would it be better to use the $35  flights to Christchurch and then drive the rest of the way or just fly straight to Dunedin?
