I am always quite aware of putting him to sleep around the same time, usually between half nine and ten.]]>

Same goes at creche.<br /><br />The story is good because she associates it with sleep time.]]>

This helped her unwind and relax enough to sleep - neither of my children like going to sleep, cause they might miss out on something the world is doing!]]>

Bedtime routine is firmly established - dinner, bath (must be in this order as is now feeding himself....and the floor), get in pjs, a little play, bottle, book and bed.  this is okay but a few probs because of other issues.  However, i need a strong nap-time routine.  Any ideas?]]>
