I had a few locals whilst pregnant when they kept prepping me for c/s and i was told they are fine.
I think you would know if you got an infection and then your doctor or m/w could give you antibiotics till you saw a dentist (or you could get an emergency appointment and the dentist would give you antibiotics). But as you're seeing them tomorrow it won't come to that.

You can have the local as its perfectly safe in pregnancy, my dentist flagged the x-rays. You are actually safe getting work done than not as infection etc can bring on premature labour. If you do a search on the posts, you will find heaps of questions re this which will make you feel better about going (well, it did for me)!

They say it is usually fine to have dental work done when pregnant, 2nd trimester is the best time. Just let your dentist know because they may choose not to do x-rays, but if they need to do them, they will give you a lead apron to wear.

HTH!!!!
