And I tuck him in tight. Most of the time his hands stay in there or he gets one hand out to suck on.]]>

Since she had outgrown the startle reflex (about 2-4 weeks I think, for her) there was no problems there.<br /><br />Kryssi was wrapped until about 6mos I think. Briona stopped being wrapped fairly early but we reintroduced it a month later and then kept that up until about 9mos. They also said they don't like sleeping with their arms above their heads they just end up like that cos of the startle reflex. <br />Having said that if she is sleeping fine there is probably no need to worry. We were having day sleep problems.]]>

If their arms are up like that all the time it can make it harder to bring them into the midline later on when lying on their tummy propped up on their arms, and when in sitting. <br /><br />Though in saying that, many many babies arent wrapped and dont have any issues with that, so if she is happy and sleeping fine I wouldnt worry about it. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I leave Madisons arms out during the day but at night wrap both in - this is a big sleep cue for her long night sleep. <br /><br />If Lauren is sleeping okay then i wouldn't worry but if she doesn't settle i would try wrapping firmly again.<br /><br />]]>

She is a hands above the head sleeper and she looks so comfy sleeping like that although I do have to put socks on her hands at night as they can get a bit chilly.<br /><br />Is she still meant to be wrapped?  She gets a bit frustrated with her hands pinned against herself??]]>
