I test about once a week or so when I remember. We've never had any false alarms either.
To be honest I just can't bring myself not to use it. I'll see how I feel around the time this bub is born - we may stop then so the new bub can have it. I'm not sure yet though - it gives me such a peace of mind esp now that Gina sleeps in her own room at night.

Ive always had 1yr in my mind as the time to stop but not sure why and its just actually bringing myself to take it off! We have never had any false alarms thankfully but I know its working cos i test it all the time.

Ashleigh was 4 months old. Her alarm kept going off that night but everytime I went in there (absolutely packing myself, because of the news I had just had) she was fast asleep and breathing normally. So I took it off and never used it again I would say Addison is well outside of the danger zone, plus if you hardly ever use it then it won't make a difference even if (god forbid) something did happen as it wouldn't be switched on!

Edited by KH25
