Thanks for your replies. I'm going to get the booklets off Nictoddie. I was interested as I wanted to learn things to teach the kids.

Bombshell we are back in NZ but won't be able to make the Xmas Botany meet as we've got something on that day unfortunately. If it's the same thing my sister did/used then they do select people that seem more in need of it as there are limited spaces. For some areas with really limited numbers, I think preference is given to those babies/toddlers who may have some kind of disability that could affect their development.

We tried to go down the PAFT route, but ended up getting lost in the system. I was really dissapointed....

i have a lady who comes each month too and she is great!!!!i love my paft lady over here and i am so sad that this months visit will be her last as tash has 'graduated' and she is leaving for another organisation, but i will still see her heaps with her new job she is doing lol.

I have a lady from PAFT come and see me and Alex each month and she's WONDERFUL. She talks to me about Alex's development, gives me ideas for games I can play with him, homemade toys I can make and so on. I really look forwards to her visits.
