yeah i have to admit, I am a beaten mother haha. the boys tag team me and do flying jumps on me. Thats all good in fun but i get the snotty hits and "dont" with a finger in my face - usually when i am stopping them doing something they shouldnt be.
I am not looking forward to hearing what you are hearing Emma. It will break my heart too. Thats so cute that they have these soft toys or whatever to keep them company!
The only thing Alex has ever "attached" to was a little green block that he used to carry everywhere & take to bed....Then he threw it out the window one day & sat laughing his head off while our dog Brynn chewed it up.

yeah i think its great for the boys to haev their security item as we stay with all our friends heaps and they have no probs staying settling to sleep at other houses except when they think they are missing out on fun!!! lol And the boys are so funny as they head of to bed with ugly buuny and patrick in tow. heres ugly bunny - have put a pic up b4 but heres another just to remind you of his uniqueness(sp?) lol. if he ever gets lost i dont know what we will do as i really doubt they make these anymore!!! hes 12 years old and keegs is the 3rd owner. my friend passed on heaps of her kids stuff and in there was ugly bunny - which by the way they called him that too. funny that aye the boys have cool NEW soft toys and they pick the old ones (patrick was with me for about 3-4year b4 I had the boys)

When Kiya was 9 months old, we went for a walk through the Karangahake Tunnel, and Kiya (in her pushchair) threw her teddy overboard at some stage... she'd just learnt that when I said "mayberry" I was talking about that particular toy!

I just have to share this as its making me feel sad - pathetic i know lol. Me and the boys went up town on tuesday after playgroup (had a great time with Santa and a ride on the old fire engine) and i realised when we got to the supermarket ( a matter of 5mins) that Jaidyn had thrown out Patrick dog so i backtracked and checked in every shop we passed, rang the police to see if handed in, put an add on the radio but nothing. Someone has picked him up and seems to me like they have decided to give him a new home. It breaks my heart as he is beloved companion (sp?) to Jaidyn and has just learnt to say patrick and it seems odd not to see him carting him around. I will try and track down a new one. Have attached a pic of Jaidyn taking his mate Patrick for a walk in honor of him
