We can't fit 3 carseats in the back of our car because the contour of the seats on the edges makes the seat space too narrow. The only way to know for sure is to measure first and if still unsure, ask a sales assistant to come out with you and help you check if it will fit in. Not at all! I quite often have three across the middle row of my car when I have other people's kids in my car, and as long as they all fit and are tethered it's all good.
