Well I told my Mum, and she started to do the whole angry/disappointed thing, until I pointed out that I am an adult, I am a good mother to Maya, and that Willie and I are happy about this so she should be too. It's growing on her - but she's not game enough to tell dad. LOL, the big problem with my parents is Willie. It's the whole "he's not good enough for you" thing blah blah blah. Which is kind of justified as he was dreadful when I ws pregnant with Maya, but we have worked thru that, and he is going to be so much more involved this time round.
But part of me is a bit annoyed that they won't be happy and say congratulations, it kind of takes the shine off things. Hehe Emma, I know how you feel... I remember trying to tell my mum! I sat her down with a couple of glasses of wine and then asked her if she'd had enough to be happy at my news but not so much she wouldn't remember what I had told her tomorrow... needless to say I told her and then she downed the rest of her glass!!

And I think Andy's dad almost keeled over at the news... stunned silence!

I am sure they'll be fine tho, they will have seen how perfect Maya has turned out and will be pleased for more!! Deborah - yep I still will be able to fly, but won't be able to get a scan at 8 weeks like I wanted to as I won't be back till I am nearer 10 weeks, and they will probably make me wait till 12 weeks then for the nuchal fold scan.

LOL at all the questions Lizzle!

Maria, we haven't 'really' told Maya yet, she is a bit little to understand so we'll tell her closer to the time, but Willie asked her if she wanted a baby brother or sister and she said "I'm the baby" lol.

Other than that, we haven't even thought about names yet, but we will find out what baby is (we did with Maya too - I'm far too impatient!).

And I'm feeling ok. Boobs are soooo sore and giant like watermelons, and I was a bit queasy yesterday afternoon, but me thinks that was more psychological than anything else! But keeping fingers crossed that I don't get a repeat performance of the morning sickness I had with Maya.

Willie is pleased too, we have been trying for a while, so it's very good news for us. I was going to wait till he got home from work yesterday to make the big annoucement, but I caved and rang him at work instead..
