Oh, sucky. Sounds like a hung over drama queen (sorry).
Awesome that you and DH and Brenna all went up to Auckland to see her show.
A lot of family/friends do stick around backstage afterwards to do the 'you were SO GREAT' thing, and maybe she felt left out because all of the rest of cast had people there to say that, but definitely not worth having a go at you all about.

Warning! This will be LONG...

DH, Brenna and I went up to my parents place for the wknd to watch my sister in a production (it was on last night and it was great!!). Anyway, it was the final night and so all the cast were having a party so my sis said she wouldn't be home in the morning to see us before we left to come back to Hamilton.

Cut to this morning...
Mum, dad, me, DH and Brenna are outside eating a great breaky and sis turns up. "Hi" we all say "how was the rest of the night?"
Her reply - "none of you stayed to talked to me after the show and I'm really dissapointed" *storms off* (my sis is 6 years older than me)

This is the 1st show she has ever been in and none of us knew we were supposed to hang around after as she had never said anything and was only talking about the cast party.

Anyway...mum rushes after her apologising for not staying and sis is crying (I don't think we have anything to apologise for!) and dad's getting pi##ed off at the fuss she's making over something we didn't even realise we were doing wrong.

So...sis finally calms down and comes to sit outside with us.

Sis - "Is there no breakfast left for me?" *snarky voice* so dad gets up and cooks her bacon and eggs.

Mum - "We really enjoyed your show. I was hoping that people would get up and give you all a standing ovation cause it was so great" (mum is quite a reserved person so wouldn't do this on her own)
Sis - "Well, you could have done it" *snarky voice*

blah, blah, blah you get the idea.

DH and I are so annoyed at the way my sister treated my mum and dad and also the fact that mum and dad let her be so rude!!!

Mum always makes excuses for the way she acts when she's just being straight out immature and rude!!!
