Ugh, I have that on my forearms from time to time, it's called pityriasis versicolor and I just started getting it one day. Very itchy and teeny wee red dots on my fore arms (the non-hair part) and on my tummy. I got prescribed a lotion and some antihistamines by my Dr, you need to see him just to double check though. Yeah I was going to say the same thing. I sometimes get what is called an anxiety rash.
Its lots of little raised red dots that itch like crazy and are generally on the forearms.
It usually goes away on its own after a few hours but can sometimes last a day or two.

Have you been in the garden??? I have been getting something from doing the weeding did some last night and woke this morning with some spots arrggh they are just annoying but go within a few days. I don't think I've ever had a rash before but this morning I woke up and realised I was scratching my forearm. There are lots and lots of tiny red dots on both my forearms and they are reeeeeeeeeeeeeally itchy.

Any idea what this could be? Healthline couldn't help...just said see doc within 2 weeks. I'm supposed to go to work this morning but don't want to if I could be contagious.
