the kids have just been up and watched Little Einsteins. We read books or let them watch about 15mins of thomas tank engine... the latter is the fave option, mostly we're exhausted by then

We have a routine for our boys for bedtime. Dinner, bath, story and then bed. BUT I seem to have chidren that rather than calm them down, bath hypes them up. Since we have moved they have both slept terribly, taking ages to go to sleep - Taine was 9:30 last night although i think he is outgrowing his nap - boohoo.
