Your body is doing heaps extra atm as well so you'll need more water, not just because of the humidity. welcome to the wonderous world of pregnancy....youll drink lots and lots of water....and then you will pee even more!!! and in summer i found i got sooo hot it wasnt even funny....go buy yourself a paddling pool...best thing i did last summer....and sit there and drink out of a water bottle to cool down....have towels ready for when you need to rush to the toilet too...

Definitely is an early preggy symptom - esp with ths hot weather. You are making lots of extra fluid and your blood volume increases while preggy so you will need extra to drink. Our bodies are very clever!
