Well I have spoken to him for the last time as their phones are being taken off them tonight

But we will be able to hear from him by snail mail for the next month 1 week and 2 days

Well I guess that is our gain then , we will get to know more and more about miss becks and her wonderful boys & I guess you will become a pro at taking photos while keeping a diary of what you and the boys have been upto whild hubby away training

Yeah Fleury, maybe that's what I meant... you get used to it! Which actually takes a bit of getting used to as well funnily enough. You go through 'it'll get better' and then when it does it's like 'I don't want to get used to this because it's not normal'.

Best piece of advice someone gave me when DH and I first had to go through him being away was 'it's not your average normal, you need to find a new normal and be OK with it'. At 12pm today DH got on the Army bus to head to Waiouru. So now I am counting down till we get to see him again at Onwards Day - which is his graduation from Intial Offical Training.

Now begins the fun for me and the boys.
