They looked like they had gone down slightly so just yanked and they eventually came off! Got a bit stuck on the knuckle and made the end of my finger go purple for a while but all good now. Got a lovely indent on my finger still so they must have been tight. And its white under there!! You will find the more you try, the more swollen your fingers get. Try after you have had a good lie down and are'nt too hot. Good luck!]]>

It involves winding a piece of string around it, cant remember how but mum told me and they do it where she works at the Dr.<br /><br />You could try ringing the Dr's and see if they know!]]>
