We spoke to our LLs family yesterday and it turns out that the LLs mother! is paying for all the renos and buying the new oven, windows, locks etc!!!! POOR HER!! but i guess at least we get it!!....

im not entirely sure what im worried about?? i "think" its a feeling of not going to last in that house??

yeah wev sat down with her (she is a friend of mine that i have grown up with but she is a differcult person to say the least!) and signed all the necesary things and she "says" that she is happy to give us the money to buy all the things needed but she lives 3 hours away so thats a little hard!

We have been using some paint that we had in the garage so we dont have to wait on her but as per her request we have written down every single hour worked and all products used so she can reimburse...

Are you worried they are going to do the dirty on you? Or is it the actual house itself?

Have you sat down with the landlord and gone over everything that you've done and what they have to do?

we are meant to move on saturday and have spent all week painting and fixing the house up but i just have this nagging bad feeling about the whole situation and i cant put my finger on it!?
There are still some BIG things that the landlord has to deal to before we can even move in! so i guess maybe im worried about that!??

Has anyone else had this horid feeling when about to move and what was the outcome????

ETA - i just dont want to pour my heart into this house if it is not to be i know its stupid because its only a house but im just a worry wort!!
