You can buy bras that have special clips on them that allow you to hook the straps together... Otherwise, if you have a convertible bra, just change the straps so that it's criss-cross at the back.

I have just brought some as they are so comfy with my size boobs, but my bra straps are showing - not really a good look, fine for home but going out would not be nice.
