Yeah, it could be that the dairy is getting out of her system. I remember Joey having really stinky poo's when we went through this with him too.

I'm not taking it everyday - just the days that I remember, as I had a whole lot from the end of the pregnancy and I'm sure I was told it was ok to take while BF. Does anyone know if it's ok to take Evening Primrose Oil while breastfeeding? I have been taking 2 capsules a day for the past week as a friend suggested it might help me with a few things and she said she had taken it while b/f. The thing is that Lily's poo now smells of it?
